FLAME AND LUXE ships via Canada Post. Shipping Charges are calculated at the time of checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment or your order, we will contact you.

In the event your parcel is damaged during shipping, please contact us at kayla@flameandluxe.ca and attach a photographic reference of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
