In the event your parcel is damaged during shipping, please contact us at kayla@flameandluxe.ca and attach a photographic reference of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
